Innovative Customization Options

Adaptable for your lifestyle

Simple Elegant

Simple Yet Elegant

After rugged, comfortable, and adventurous, the word we use to describe ENRG Vans is modular. The base level van includes our full exterior and interior conversion including windows, roof rack, insulation, wall paneling, Travois Profloor, and lithium electrical system. From this base level, you can configure the layout using modular components to suit your individual needs. We use only the best materials from the marine and adventure van industry, from electrical components to fabrics and fasteners.

Base Model Components

Tern Overland windows with built in screens and shades open awning-style for maximum airflow. We add a Ratline VanCo roof rack with wind fairing, plus thermal and sound-dampening automotive insulation, and a 200-amp-hour lithium electrical system designed to be compact, user friendly, and functional off-grid for extended periods. But the real foundation of our modular system is the Travois Profloor. The inlaid L-tracks allow for the flexible positioning of different sized seats and folding seat/beds—all of which are elegant and tested to meet international safety standards.

Sleeping and Seating

The Travois Profloor allows for numerous configurations including bench seats that fold flat into beds. All seats are removable and meet international safety standards with three-point restraints and isofix latches. Seats slide easily on the tracks to any position from the rear doors to the front of the van. Our 148”-wheelbase model allows for six different floor plans, seating and sleeping up to four people, while our 130”-wheelbase can seat up to four and sleep up to two—all while leaving ample space for your adventure gear.
